Financing Your Hearing Aids at Jones Hearing
- Jones Hearing accepts all major credit cards: MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, and American Express.
- We will work out a payment plan with
you.
- We offer some third-party financing options, sometimes at 0%, with
good credit.
- We are a contracted insurance provider in the
state of Texas for all major insurance plans and for Medicaid. Every
location is staffed with insurance specialists who will contact your
insurance
provider to confirm any coverage provided for your hearing aids and to
help you submit any claim forms.
- If you are purchasing a hearing aid for
a child, we are contracted providers with the Texas Department of State
Health Services and can provide services (including hearing aids) for
children with Medicaid. Additionally, we are contracted Children’s
Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) providers and are in-network providers
for most major insurance
plans.
Other Assistance
- If you work for a company that offers a health care reimbursement
account or if you have an HSA (Health Savings Account), you can use
the funds in that account to pay for your hearing aids. Paying for
your hearing aids with pre-tax dollars will reduce both income tax
and Social
Security
tax.
- If you need a hearing aid but
cannot afford one, local civic organizations such as the
Lions Club and Sertoma
International may offer assistance. Both organizations have chapters
throughout Texas. Contact your local chapters for information.
- The Texas Division for Assistive and Rehabilitation Services (DARS)
provides financial assistance for qualified persons. You may contact

- CHILDREN:
- Eligible children (under 21 years of age) may receive
services from PACT.
- Medicaid often covers (and in some cases
is required) to provide hearing aids for children.
- CHIP
(Children’s
Health Insurance Plan) provides assistance for audiological services
and hearing aids to infants and children who meet specific criteria.
- Some
Texas school districts provide assistance for children in need
of hearing aids. Contact your local district and ask for assistance.
