On-site Facilities:

We have in-house laboratories in all locations. Depending on the style of hearing aids you choose, you may be able to walk in for your first hearing consultation and walk out hearing better in just a few hours. Many locations have viewing windows to the laboratory areas, so you can watch your hearing aids being prepared.

Individual Care:

We provide intimate individual care, taking steps to insure your privacy and to be HIPPA compliant at all times. We pledge to recommend a hearing instrument that best fits your individual hearing and lifestyle requirements.

Extensive Service After the Sale:

  • We provide counseling on the maintenance and use of your new hearing device.
  • We schedule one or more follow-up consultations during your 30 day trial period in which we adjust the programming of your instrument as you and your brain become accustomed to hearing better.
  • We provide in-house service and maintenance of hearing aids.
    • We keep a library of factory service specifications for most brands of hearing aids.
    • Our on-site labs are staffed by factory-trained technicians with current knowledge of today’s technology
    • Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic computers to troubleshoot electronic problems, while-you-wait in most cases.
    • We stock a large variety of hearing aid batteries.

  • Federally Recognized: Our dispensing staff is recognized by Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) as professional hearing services providers.

  • Full-Time Insurance Department: We are providers on most managed-care plans and comply with the Health Insurance Portability Act (HIPPA).

We regularly donate to So The World May Hear, that provides testing and hearing aids to needy children worldwide. Last year we participated in a mission to Venezuela and have also done missions in the United States in prior years.
